The garden and the piano

Well, things are still going well in the garden and on the piano! I’ve maintained my resolve to both, and have signs of progress. The garden is established and I’m ready to develop the next stage in preparation for Spring in a little over a months time. And the piano is coming along as well, though I must admit to not enjoying ‘scales’. It’s a bit like ’50 First Dates’…my fingers seem to forget where they are! It’s like everytime I begin I’m having to learn over again!

For some years now I have been suffering from leaking cerebro spinal fluid, which has had a terrible impact on my lifestyle. I have dreadful headaches and have not been able to do many of the things I love to do. Lately though, I have seen a marked improvement, so I’m hopeful that I’m on the mend, even though my latest MRI says that the leak is still present.

My quest for a more peaceful, productive life continues!
